為了更好地為您提供服務，我們現已開通韋氏量表工具套裝轉移功能，您可以將韋氏測試工具套裝免費轉移給其他註冊個人用戶。只需要填寫並簽署表格Declaration Form of Transfer of Wechsler Scales (HK) ，並郵寄至公司地址完成處理。操作步驟如下：
1.下載表格：請登入我們的官方網站https://hk.king-may.com.cn/下載表格Declaration Form of Transfer of Wechsler Scales (HK)
2.填寫表格：雙方需填寫轉移方和接收方的相關信息，確保所有信息準確無誤。
3.簽字確認：轉移方和接收方都需在表格上簽字確認，確保雙方信息無誤。
4.郵寄表格：填寫並簽字確認後的轉移表格應由接收方通過快遞郵寄至以下地址:

5.處理時間：收到您的郵寄表格後，我們將在5-7個工作日內處理轉移申請，並將處理結果先用電子郵件告知轉移方和接收方，並寄送簽署完成的表格副本。
6. 特别提醒：
a. 韋氏量表工具套裝的轉移為無償操作，嚴禁涉及任何形式的金錢交易。如發現有金錢上的交易，京美公司將保留追究法律責任的權利。
b. 轉移方和接收方均有責任確保在確認前測試工具包的物品完整，以避免未來發生爭議。
c. 轉移後，接收方需在5個工作日內將已簽署的表格郵寄至京美。
d. 京美收到表格後，將會通過郵寄方式將已批准簽署的表格副本寄回雙方，以確認轉移和新的所有權。工具套裝在收到京美的確認前不得使用。
e. 在收到京美的電郵確認通知後，轉移方不再對測試工具包負責。
f. 請根據實際情況核對工具清單（附在Declaration Form）。
g. 由於普通郵遞常出現郵件遺失的情況，且寄送時間較慢，容易造成不必要的損失，請盡量使用快遞寄送表格 。

Announcement about the Transfer of Wechsler Scales (HK) Test Kits
Dear Users,
We are pleased to announce that the option to transfer the Wechsler Scales Kit(s) is now available, enabling you to transfer your Wechsler test kit(s) to other registered users. To complete the transfer, please fill out and sign the Declaration Form of Transfer of Wechsler Scales (HK) and mail it to King-may by post.
Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth transfer process:
1. Download the Form: Please visit our official website at https://hk.king-may.com.cn/ and download the Declaration Form of Transfer of Wechsler Scales (HK).
2. Fill in the Form: Both the transferor and the recipient must accurately fill out their relevant information.
3. Sign the Form: Both the transferor and the recipient must sign the form to confirm the details are correct.
4. Mail the Form: Once the form has been completed and signed, the transfer form should be mailed by the recipient via express courier to the following address:

5. Processing Time: Upon receiving the form, we will process the transfer request within 5-7 business days and send the confirmation back to both parties.
6. Important Notes:
The transfer of the Wechsler Scales test kit(s) is a free and non-monetary action, and any form of monetary transaction is strictly prohibited. If any monetary transaction is discovered, King May reserves the right to pursue legal action.
It is the dual responsibility of the transferor and recipient to ensure that the items of test kit(s) are complete before confirmation to avoid future arguments.
Upon transfer, the recipient is required to mail the hard copy of this signed form to King May within 5 working days.
King May shall return the copy of the approved signed form by mail to both parties to confirm the transfer and the new ownership. Test kits should not be used before receiving the confirmation from King May.
The transferor is no longer responsible for the test kit(s) upon receiving the confirmation notice from King May.
Please verify the checklist of items (attached to the Declaration form) according to the actual situation.
Due to the frequent mail loss and slower delivery times with regular postal services, which can lead to unnecessary delays and potential losses, you are encouraged to use express courier to send the form if possible.
